Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)

Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) has become a key component in corporate governance matters. The implementation of ESG can be based on the municipal regulatory framework or socio-economic and political factors. ESG-related compliance or measures affect various aspects of companies, including mergers and acquisitions, financing from major financial institutions, joint ventures, and equity or debt financing, among others.

Our office establishes measures to help companies adopt standards that allow integration with other key players and remain ready for the possible limitations that may be applied to entities that have delayed or failed to adopt ESG measures.

Unpreparedness on specific regulatory frameworks or market trends has resulted in poor service or product transition for many companies, which upset the management, such as the board or chief executive officer, on their yearly growth targets.
